Simon is one of the most experienced recruiters operating within the sustainability sector with a history of successfully completed mandates across the globe. As a willing advocate of Allen & York's motto of "Recruitment for a Sustainable World" and has assisted a range of government entities, international PLC's and small start-ups in understanding how to attract and retain high calibre staff to help the transition to a low-carbon and more sustainable future.

Speaker: Gundeep Singh
Gundeep Singh, is the CEO of the Change Initiative.
“Rather than simply making a noise about a cause, I wanted to give people tangible solutions that would not only benefit them, but also the planet as a whole.”
The Change Initiative opened its doors fully in October, 2012. Gundeep’s aim in establishing the organisation was to create a more accessible and commercially viable model for change. Gundeep will share his unique approach to sustainability and the importance of corporate culture in driving business goals and tell us the story behind The Change Initiative’s promise to deliver sustainability easily, and with style.
