Event Management
Project Manager – Reporting directly to the Event Director
I work closely with in-house outsourced and off-shore creative and production teams to deliver project at international standards. As project manager I’m the bridging gap between the production team and client. I’m capable to understand and discuss the problems with either party for a smooth and successful delivery of the project within the timeline.
Budget
Planning, scheduling and budget preparation, cash flow and cost control for the event (max budget managed 1.5 million USD).
Research
Great skill and experience to find new technical, creative, innovative, amusement idea and solution for every kind of event. Creation of links with many kind of suppliers here in Dubai and all over the world (USA, UK, Germany, Italy, France). Curiosity and fast learn are my best skill.

In charge for the coordination venue management, caters, stand, designers, contractor and equipment vendor for small events.
