(This is an informal text about myself and CSR work)

I recently moved back to KSA after 10 years being abroad and working in the areas of marketing, communication and research. I work in Saudi now and have a vast interest in CSR, I enjoy supporting my own country in many areas, specifically through the company by helping the youth of our country.

They men and women youth under age of 30 represent approximately 55 percent of total population, and high unemployment is there due to lack of quality education locally, the gap of programs and areas of work and not enough chances given to the youth; these are just based on my opinion and what I've seen.

I enjoy and develop programs for the youth through the company and 40 percent of my time is dedicated for that. Its something we must do in Saudi as much as we can, besides all the other "pillars" of CSR.

My areas of expertise are and type of work I do:

- CSR Impact measurement

- CSR logistics and operations (executing project)

- And simply, the ability and to convince management for budget and planning

One final thing, in CSR you must definitely have all types of personalities in order to be engaged and successful in working with all stakeholders >> that's the key for this job.
