Professional Background: Mr. Faisal is experienced on P.P.P, (Public-Private-Partnership), nonprofits,Research, Education, Policy, and development sectors. He has earned Bachelor, and Masters in Social Work, from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Bangladesh. He also got professional degree from Turkey, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, China, Thailand, Nepal, and India. He is working at Helping Hand, USA as Assistant Manager, (Bangladesh). Having similar working, and volunteering experiences with UNICEF, USAID, BRAC, Small Kindness Bangladesh, and UGC to help Rohingya refugee, youth engagement, full-women empowerment, disability, children education, orphan, mental and maternal health in remote areas in Bangladesh.
Through these experiences, he can develop more resourceful project, and work from concept to beneficiaries’ verification level. He achieved skills on communication, research, monitoring and evaluation, coordinating among supporting unit, government agencies, and stakeholders. Having publications and research involvement in relevant field, He always enjoys focusing to work on these areas. He has keen passion, and determination to engage himself extensively for improving of these vulnerable peoples’ lives to make them ‘positively different’.

CSR Interest & Background: I have interest in creating and ensuring the development and maintenance of strategies and mechanisms for the implementation of broad communication programmes and stakeholders relations plans for an organization and generate high level of commitment from staff.
