- On a personal note I believe in giving back and in addition to my day job I am proactively organizing sport challenges for charities as well as I am involved in many fund raising initiatives.
- In October 2015 I have completed 400 km solo cycling across 7 UAE emirates in 24 hours to raise funds for kids’ education support in developing countries. The challenge was supported by Dubai Cares and Adventure HQ. http://outdooruae.com/people-olga-zolotova/

- In May 2016 I completed 7 marathons in 7 emirates in 7 days. The objective is to raise awareness and support Syrian kids in refugees’ campuses in Jordan and Lebanon.
