CSR Interest & Background

CSR ADVISOR- SASOL-QATAR (PROJECT CONTRACT) JAN 2015-PRESENT
 Handling a CSR project (Qatar e-Nature schools contest) for SASOL International integrated energy and chemicals company
 Pre-launch phase:
 Planning- Initiating research for the contest content, liasing with specialized entitities (Supreme Education Council, Ministry of Environment, Friends of the Environment…) putting time line for launch phase, coordinating with project partners and supporting organization)
 Briefing agency about the project for creative proposal
 Briefing MBU on social media and coordinanting with them in tactics, content management
 Briefing digital agency for website development
 Following up on all deliverables ( from design, to approvals, to production)
♦ Coordinating with PR and Agency’s creative department to plan launch phase (booking venue, branding exercise, running order, invitations, press releases etc…
♦ Post launch: on field schools visits, assisting in documentary videos, monitoring the contest entries, solving contest-related technical problems, monitoring social media and conducting regular evaluation meetings
♦ Closing ceremony:
 Coordinating with Event planners for the closing ceremony (ideas, venue, sound system, MC etc…)
 Setting list of invitees, monitoring RSVP
 Coordinating with suppliers for gift items
 Coordinating with PR and Agency’s creative department to plan launch phase (booking venue, branding exercise, running order, invitations, press releases etc…
