The objective of the workshop is to address the bottom line of corporate responsibility management and link it to the overall Corporate Strategy, by presenting the relative methodologies at the organizational and operational levels.

The Workshop looks at Sustainability systemically, as a strategic approach that needs to be designed and implemented, per business area, in order to link to and provide the Sustainability context of operations.

The training workshop presents the related legislation, methodologies, systemic approaches and trends in the area of Corporate Responsibility Management, enabling participants to design and manage their organization’s Sustainability strategy (Sustainable Corporate Strategy).
